This is the services included in the management of your keys per home visit
- Check running water, flush toilet and all taps
- Check for possible theft marks
- Check for possible damage (rain / water) in your home
- Check all hinges and locks, alarm system
- Check and prevent pests (ants- cockroaches)
- Checking the electricity, sometimes it cuts off incorrectly
- Collecting your mail and, if you wish, forwarding it to your home or by mail.
- Water the plants in your house
- Reminder of the calendar of your tax obligations to avoid any fine or surcharge (IRPF Non-resident IBI)
